*VIDEO FILMING: *This event will be captured on film from start to finish. Make it a point to dress accordingly.

*DRESS CODE*:

– *Men*: During the day, polo shirts are acceptable. After 4 PM, we expect button-up shirts and blazers for our VIP gatherings.

– *Ladies*: This is a classy affair. We encourage classy yachting wear.

*ADMITTANCE & GUEST POLICY*:

– Strictly no additional guests unless pre-arranged with a CloudYachts broker or one of our event planners for sponsors.

– RSVP does not guarantee entry due to space limitations. Plus ones are highly discouraged.

*SECURITY*:

– Security personnel are stationed throughout the premises.

– Cameras are in operation at all times.

*EVENT TIMINGS*:

– *Thursday*: 6 PM to 9 PM

– *Friday*: 4 PM to 9 PM

– *Saturday*: 4 PM to 9 PM

*TRANSPORTATION CUT-OFF TIMES*:

– Last boat tender service ends at 8:30 PM.

– Last Sprinter service ends at 9:30 PM.

Entry is exclusive; your name must be on the RSVP list for admission. There are no exceptions for plus ones. Unlisted guests will be graciously, yet firmly, denied access due to the limited availability in this elite setting. Ensure you RSVP meticulously.

*SPECIAL NOTE*:

Brokers and guests can get an early preview starting at 12 PM on Friday and Saturday. Contact your broker or sponsor for early access.

*RSVP Instructions for VIP Mansion Event*
ARRIVAL VIA SPRINTER VAN

1. *Event Location*: Due to the exclusive nature of the event, the address will not be disclosed.

2. *Pick-Up Point*: If you require transportation, please proceed to the parking lot near the First Presbyterian Church, located near 1215 East Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

3. *Timing*: Our Sprinter van will be available for pick-up and drop-off at two specific times every hour: on the hour and at the half-hour mark.

4. *How to Request Pick-Up*: Once you are at the designated pick-up location, call us for immediate service.

Your transport will arrive either at the top of the hour or at the half-hour mark.

5. *Parking*: THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE LOCATION: For convenient parking options, consider leaving your vehicle around the Las Olas area. This will allow you to avoid the more expensive parking options at the boat show.

*RSVP Instructions for Arrival via Water Shuttle*

1. *Exclusive Partners*: Our water shuttle service is in collaboration with Pier Sixty Six.

2. *Code Word for Entry*: Upon arrival at Pier Sixty Six or Bahia Mar, state that you are with the “CLOUDYACHTS/5OGS Mansion event.” This code word is your ticket to board the water shuttle.

3. *VIP Lanyard Access*: If you are accompanied by a CloudYachts broker or a sponsor wearing a special VIP lanyard, you can board the water shuttle without needing the code word.

4. *Requesting VIP Tender Service*: For bespoke travel arrangements, you can request VIP tender service to be picked up and taken to the Mansion event or back to the Super Yacht Village.
